We want to give every client the time and attention they deserve for their scheduled service. We understand unexpected situations may come up. If you are needing to cancel or move a scheduled appointment, we require at least a 24 hour notice from the scheduled appointment time.

Last minute cancels or missed appointments without a 24-hour notice, will result in a charge of 50% - 100% of the scheduled service amount depending on the situation and the frequency of the offense. The cancellation fee and any service fee will be charged to a credit card that we keep on file, which will be taken at the time of booking. Future services cannot be booked, if you have unpaid service or cancellation fees. If a client misses or cancels 3 or more scheduled appointments, they will no longer be able to schedule future appoints.
Please understand that your appointment time was reserved specifically for you, and failure to notify us does not give your stylist the opportunity to fill your spot, and therefore effects that stylists livelihood. We are committed to offering you the highest possible level of service during your appointment with us.
